Art Therapy
A range of modalities and mediums may be implemented within individual art therapy sessions that have been tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, and desires. No experience or art “skills” are needed, the magic happens amidst the journey of creativity and expression, not within the end product. The creative process, whether that be visual, movement based, sand-tray, or with clay & other dimensional materials offers a form of non-verbal communication regarding things which may usually be hard to explore with words.
These NDIS and non-NDIS sessions may go for 1 to 1.5 hours and can take place in person at (location tbs) or online.

Eco Therapy
Talk therapy in nature allows for us to walk along side each other with the natural world as the “other” in this therapeutic dynamic. Becoming open and aware of the “other” in turn encourages us to go inward, and listen also to what’s happening internally. Deep change may transpire when we give space and time to step outside of our habitual ways of thinking and being, to form new ways of processing information and different perspectives.
These NDIS and non-NDIS eligible sessions ideally go for 1.5 hours, but 1 hour is ok too. Support workers are welcome where necessary/desired. We can also bring nature to sessions which happen indoors as an alternative.

Eco-Art Therapy
All of the benefits of art making are enhanced through Eco-Art therapy interventions. We play with the synchronicity & metaphors that arise in nature, and engage in reciprocity through mindful creative exploration, expression, reflection, and new-found awareness. Walking on Country, listening, talking, and making art from natural materials fosters a sense of connectedness to our true Self, to each other, our natural world and each present moment of our lived experience.
These NDIS and non-NDIS eligible sessions ideally go for 1.5 hours, but 1 hour is ok too. Support workers are welcome where necessary/desired. We can also bring nature to sessions which happen indoors as an alternative.

Online Art Therapy & Counselling
Online Art Therapy & Counselling:
Healing Wherever You Are
Art therapy and counselling can help you explore emotions, manage stress, and support personal growth — all from the comfort of your own space. Online sessions make therapy accessible and convenient, allowing you to connect from home or anywhere you feel safe and private.
Each session is shaped around your unique needs. Whether supporting a child to express big feelings, helping an adult with self-reflection and growth, providing trauma-informed care, or offering accessible approaches for individuals living with a disability, therapy is tailored to meet you where you are.
How It Works
We’ll meet via a secure video platform, using counselling conversations, creative art-making, or a blend of both. For art therapy, you can use materials you already have at home — from pencils and paints to digital tools. Together, we’ll explore your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Why Online Therapy Works
Comfort & Convenience: No travel needed — connect wherever you are.
Flexibility: Easy scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
Tailored Approach: Choose counselling, art therapy, or a combination.
Creative Freedom: Use whatever materials you have on hand.
You don’t need to be an artist to benefit. Whether through words, art, or both, the process focuses on expression and reflection, helping you gain insight, heal, and grow.
